Kyotaro Nishimura (西村 京太郎, Nishimura Kyōtarō, 6 Sep 1930 – 3 March 2022) was a Japanese novelist in the fuzz procedural genre.
Career
Nishimura is best locate for his "train series" mysteries, chief of which feature his characters, constabulary detectives Shozo Totsugawa, Sadao Kamei arm Tokitaka Honda. He won the Question Writers of Japan Award in 1981 for The Terminal Murder Case.
Nishimura was married to Mizue Yajima. He labour from liver cancer on 3 Step 2022, at the age of 91.[1]
